FIVE FACES OF DARKNESS: Part 3

While escaping the exploding planet Quintessa, the Autbots' escape ship is destroyed by debris, leaving the Autobots, a Quintesson, and Spike (in a space suit) tumbling through open space.

Elsewhere, Galvatron, Cyclonus and the Sweeps pass through the Warp Gate, just past Pluto, as they head towards Earth, where they are detected by Blurr's & Wheelie's ship. The Decepticons destroy the Human Space Platform located near the Warp Gate, and pursue the Autobot Shuttle. Blurr & Wheelie attempt to lose the Decepticons near Jupiter, but their shuttle is shot down. Blurr & Wheelie eject with the Transformation Cog, but the tumble toward Jupiter's Great Red Spot. Galvatron fires at the Autobots, but misses, igniting the Hydrogen atmosphere and blowing the Autobots back into space, where they crash onto the Jovian moon Io. Galvatron, believing the Autobots dead, orders the Decepticons to take him to Charr. On Mars, Captain Marissa Fairbourne launches from the EDC base to assist Blurr & Wheelie.

In space, Rodimus Prime, Spike and the Autobots, as well as Judge Deliberata, land on Goo 8739B, a strange planetoid made of a soft, sticky substance. An Elemental Processing Unit there sucks Springer up, disassembles him and deposits him with other trash, then turns towards Rodimus Prime. Rodimus allows the machine to pull him up, then he uses the Goo to clog its inner components, taking the unit out.

On Charr, the Quintessons land and offer the Decepticons Energon if they will destroy the Autobots for them. At first the Decepticons laugh at the propect, saying that if they could do that it would have been accomplished long ago. In the end, the Decepticons decide to go with the Quintessons, except for Blitzwing, who has a vague memory of the beings, and does not trust them.

After the Quintessons depart, Galvatron, Cyclonus and the Sweeps arrive to find Blitzwing alone on a deserted Charr. Galvatron is infuriated that the Decepticons have followed others, and they seek out the Quintessons.

On Goo 8739B, a Quintesson ship arrives, and the Decepticons pour out to destroy the unsuspecting Autobots below.
